Sheila Levin
Sheila Levin first came to Vieques 23 years ago. For a few years she traveled between New York and Vieques as a political consultant for clients Elizabeth Holtzman, Carl Levin, Herman Badillo, Bill Curry, President Vincente Fox and many others. Prior to her political career, Sheila was the Vice President of a major New York University and the Associate Director of the American Jewish Congress. After buying a home in Vieques in 1992, Sheila made her home here full time continuing with her writing and political consulting and publishing a novel, Simple Truths. She earned her Real Estate license in 1998.
In addition to owning Vieques Fine Properties, Sheila is a practicing therapist having earned her MSW at the Hunter School of Social Work in 1988. Sheila has assisted both the Vieques Historical Trust and the Montessori School in Vieques to raise funds.
She has just completed her second novel which is making the rounds in New York. Sheila has three children, and five grand children, all of whom visit regularly. Sheila writes an occasional piece called Living and Working for the Enchanted-Isle web page.

We will conduct a Custom Property of all available listings and send you a compiled report of properties that match your Property Wish List.
If you are On Island, you can also expect a two hour tour of the island, pointing out comps, other properties for sale and discussion about options, financing, and rental income. This gives you the opportunity to really see the island, with explanations about each Barrio and informs you about both options you have and income potential. This is not a “forced march” and if you would like a shorter or more targeted tour, just let me know.
