The guest house offers four bedrooms and three bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a great room which houses the inside living and dining areas.  All rooms except for one of the smaller bedrooms open up to the extended porch which is equipped with lounge chairs,  outdoor dining table and chairs, and a BBQ Grill.

The extended covered patio and the constant Tradewinds keep the house cool year round. Two of the bedrooms, Maria’s Suite and Phil’s Suite both have queen size beds and private baths.  They are each equipped with ceiling fans and do not have air conditioning.

Jack’s Room and Jill’s Room are the two smaller rooms and have full size beds.  Both are equipped with air conditioners and share a luxury bath.  Jack’s Room opens up to the extended porch while Jill’s Room opens up to the kitchen area.

The well equipped kitchen is built for entertaining with lots of counter space.  It opens up to the Great Room which houses the inside Dining and Living areas.  The Great room has two large windows and opens up to the extended porch to take advantage of the views and the Tradewinds.

Just outside the Great Room is a small outdoor nook and an outdoor shower.  Steps down lead to the Garden with its lush tropical foliage.

The Villa is fully equipped for your Island Vacation with beach towels, chairs, and coolers.  It is also equipped with Dish Network Television, CD Player, books, games as well as a Washer & Dryer.

The Suites and the Villa are separate from the rest of the hotel and are situated in a gated compound close to the Main Pool, Pool Bar, and Lounge areas.  The first suite is located oceanfront on the ground floor with a king-size bed, walk-in closet, master bathroom and french doors to a terrace and small yard overlooking the ocean.  the second suite is located above the first suite and has 270 degree views of the Atlantic Ocean. The Villa is a two-bedroom Casona (grand house) that is separate from the rest of the hotel, it is best described as a private home away from home, perfect for two couples and can comfortably sleep up to four people. The VIlla has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, modern kitchen, living room, dining room, outdoor dining area, large private terrace, large private yard, outdoor barbeque and many more living & lounging amenities.

In addition, there ia also a one bedroom Casita in the courtyard which can be used as a Manager’s Apartment/Office or it can be converted into another Rental Unit.

The space below the Oceanfront Studios houses the Restaurant with a Large Commercial Kitchen, Indoor and Outdoor Dining Areas, a Wine Room, and Restrooms.  As you enter the Restaurant from the courtyard, you are presented with mesmerizing views of the water starting from the the second pool area and extending towards the Atlantic Ocean.  There is ample space in the courtyard for a small coffee shop or a similar operation.  The Main Pool area features a covered Pool Bar.
