New Buyer’s Broker in Vieques, 25 years experience on the Island, now for the benefit of Real Estate Buyers

Having lived in Vieques for nearly 25 years,  I am frequently surprised by the many things that remain the same and alternatively the many things that have changed.  One thing that has not changed is the process of buying real estate – but I hope that is about to change.

I have decided to shift my focus to you the Real Estate Buyer and offer my services as a Buyer’s Broker.

As a  Buyer’s Broker, I can do the following, without prejudice:

• Set appointments for you with brokers to see property
• Evaluate the property, including outstanding legal issues, and, most important,
• Negotiate the price for YOU not for the seller

My role as a  Buyer’s Broker is to find you the best property for your needs within your criteria and get you the best possible price while making certain that all the necessary disclosures are in place.  You will get a rational , impartial and non prejudiced opinion, an ease of seeing property and a better deal having your own broker.

In my years as a broker in Vieques, I have sold the most expensive private residence, the most expensive hotel and everything in between.
